Dr. Shane Peterson, Visiting Assistant Professor of German Studies, has accepted a tenure-track position at Kennesaw State University near Atlanta, GA. Shane joined UConn in 2015 and has taught courses on contemporary Germany, film, drama, multiculturalism, and German for STEM and business. He has also substantially contributed to our EUROTECH dual-degree program, serving as the acting director of the learning community during Fall 2017. We all will miss Shane and wish him the very best in his new position!
