On March 24, Friedemann Weidauer conducted a half day workshop on STEM-centered first and second year language teaching for the Michigan AATG. The event was hosted by Wayne State University in Detroit and organized by Mark Ferguson, director of the Junior Year in Munich Program.
Britta Meredith, PhD student and German Ambassador to the Goethe Institute, visited the Weston High School in Connecticut to introduce students to career possibilities in connection with their German program. EUROTECH and EUROBIZ both met with great interest, and, apparently, we have to produce more brochures….
